G-FORCE TACTICAL FITNESS (GTF) is not your typical gym workout. Our program is specifically designed to prepare your body for the physical demands of urban combat, self-defense, and high-stress confrontations. We combine functional strength training, combat conditioning, and mental toughness development to create complete warriors.
